PUBLIC TERMS

Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to Toura Passport and related Toura Global websites, applications, membership, Explorer, Marketplace, Partner, Supplier, rewards, reservation and community services.

Effective: September 20, 2026Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Who operates Toura Passport

Toura Passport is operated by Robby's World Holdings LLC through the Toura Global brand (collectively, “Toura,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms apply to visitors, members, business representatives, Partners, Suppliers and other users of Toura Passport.

Additional terms may apply to a particular purchase, membership, business account, promotion, Partner program, Supplier relationship, payment method or service. If supplemental terms conflict with these Terms for that specific activity, the supplemental terms control for that activity.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, use an account you are authorized to control, and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Business representatives must have authority to act for the business they submit, claim, manage or represent.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account except to the extent caused by Toura's own security failure. We may require identity, business, payment or other verification before enabling particular features.

3. Explorer, maps and place discovery

Explorer combines Toura's own place, Partner and ecosystem information with mapping and place-discovery services supplied by third parties. A place appearing in Explorer is not necessarily a Toura Passport Partner, endorsed business or verified Toura business.

Some map, search, place, route, photo, rating or related information may be provided by Google Maps Platform. Use of Google Maps features is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and other applicable Google Maps terms. Google-sourced content may carry Google Maps and third-party attribution and may change independently of Toura.

Toura may maintain its own canonical identity for an enrolled or verified Partner while also retaining permitted provider identifiers, such as a Google Place ID, to reconcile discovery results. A Google-discovered place does not become a Toura Partner merely because it appears in Explorer or is saved, referred or claimed.

4. Partners, Suppliers and business claims

Business-account creation, a claim request, application submission or draft does not guarantee verification, approval, publication, Marketplace access, ranking, promotion, rewards eligibility or any particular review timeframe.

Toura may request supporting information, return an application for correction, reject a submission, suspend a business surface, or remove content when necessary to protect members, comply with law, enforce platform standards or preserve accurate public information.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide directly to Toura and for maintaining any required permits, licenses, insurance, taxes, consumer disclosures and operational authority for their products or services.

5. Marketplace, reservations and transactions

Toura Passport may facilitate products, experiences, services, stays, transportation, reservations, pickups and other transactions. Depending on the listing, Toura, a Supplier or another provider may be the merchant, contracting party or fulfiller. The applicable listing, checkout and confirmation flow identifies the commercial terms for that transaction.

Prices, taxes, fees, cancellation terms, availability, fulfillment requirements and refund eligibility may vary by listing and are shown in the applicable purchase or reservation flow. Users must review those terms before completing a transaction.

Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment providers. Bank-transfer or local-payment options may require payment references, receipts or additional verification before a transaction is treated as paid.

6. Toura Points, offers and promotions

Toura Points are loyalty or promotional units within the Toura ecosystem and are not bank deposits, stored-value accounts or legal tender. Except where required by law or expressly stated by Toura, Points are not redeemable for cash and may be subject to earning, holding, expiration, reversal, fraud-prevention and redemption rules displayed in the relevant program.

Partner offers, promotional awards, referral programs and future market-launch promotions may have separate eligibility, quantity, duration and redemption terms. Toura may correct points issued in error or obtained through abuse, fraud or prohibited activity.

7. User and community content

If you submit photos, memories, reviews, profile information, messages or other content, you remain responsible for that content and confirm that you have the rights needed to share it. You grant Toura a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce and technically process that content as needed to operate the feature you used, subject to your available privacy controls.

Do not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, malicious or privacy-invasive content. Toura may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or applicable platform rules.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Toura Passport, interfere with security or availability, scrape or harvest restricted data, reverse engineer protected services except where law expressly permits it, impersonate another person or business, manipulate rewards or transactions, introduce malicious code, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

You must also respect restrictions and attribution requirements attached to third-party services and content displayed through Toura Passport.

9. Intellectual property and third-party services

Toura Passport software, branding, designs, original content and platform systems are owned by Toura or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, maps, photos, reviews and other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Links and integrations may take you to third-party services whose terms and privacy practices are separate from Toura's. Toura does not control third-party services merely because they are accessible through the platform.

10. Service availability and changes

Toura Passport is an evolving service. Features, eligibility, geographic availability, offers, interfaces and integrations may change. We may modify, suspend or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, provider requirements, product development or operational reasons.

We do not guarantee that every business, destination, product or provider will be available, complete or error-free, or that third-party map or place information will always be current.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toura Passport and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Travel, transportation, hospitality, food, beverage, outdoor and other real-world activities involve risks outside Toura's control. Users remain responsible for evaluating conditions, provider instructions and their own circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toura will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenues, data or opportunities, arising from use of the service. Any limitation is subject to non-waivable consumer rights and other mandatory law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Toura Passport at any time. Toura may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address security risk, fraud, abuse, legal obligations, payment issues, repeated violations or material breaches of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct the issue.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Robby's World Holdings LLC, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute, unless the parties agree to another permitted resolution process.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Toura Passport evolves or legal and provider requirements change. The posted “Last updated” date identifies the current version. If a change materially affects existing users, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
